Position : Business Development Manager
Number of openings : 1 | Job Type : Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :
Execute and Evaluate ( mail and call) campaigns to improve our effectiveness and penetration into new accounts Build working relationships with all sales channels including inside/outside sales teams, technical teams marketing and other business development teams
Evaluate best practices across the reps /campaign process to share with other reps and business development teams Identify new customers for our services within a given sales territory Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of our services Participate in preparing Sales proposals Be a key member of our sales team responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, and overall account penetration strategy Responsible for building sales pipeline: key business function is prospecting new accounts Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of all products and the competition

Qualifications :
B.E, B.Tech, B.S or equivalent, with MBA (or equivalent) in Sales or Marketing

Requisites :

Position : Account Executive/Manager
Number of openings : 2 | Job Type : Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :
Marketing of Company products specializing in application engineering and Support new application requirements and develop sales in the region.

Making techno-commercial proposals in consultation with the Head Office, liaison with customers, provide customers with technical and service support, cost estimation, order execution and market development

The member shall work with the Practice Manager and shall be responsible for supporting the sales team through telesales initiatives.

The role typically involves prospecting, database building, researching, Lead generation, Headhunting, cold calling script preparation, execution and analysis of operations.

The resource shall identify the potential decision maker in prospects and schedule a telecom or face-to-face meeting for the sales team.

Requisite:
Graduation in any discipline is a must, should have 2+ Years of IT telesales experience. Target oriented with knowledge of typical IT solution offerings such as application development, product development, maintenance and testing. Broad experience in all phases of the pre-sales cycle, from planning, initiative development, script preparation to execution. Ability to effectively capitalize on solution sales business opportunities. Experience in selling IT solutions to the US regions is an advantage. The candidate should be a decision maker, an enthusiastic and aggressive marketing function. Should have ability to decide correct technical solutions for client requirements Communication, negotiation and superior presentation skills are paramount.


Position : Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Would be the primary contact to our Customer(s).

  • Responsible for managing Product Development and delivery schedule to the clients

  • Constantly improve product development processes to deliver the best products quickly and in a cost effective manner

  • Manage team dynamics and mentoring of teams

  • Help Pre-Sales teams with technical and business proposals

  • Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel

Qualifications :
B.E, B.Tech, B.S, MCA or equivalent

Requisites :

  • People management experience

  • Project management experience

  • Thorough knowledge of either of the following processes: Agile, RUP, MSF, CMM, ISO

Position : .NET Professionals
Number of openings : 5 | Job Type : Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :
Will be actively involved in coding and development of world-class products at IQSS. Interact with customers/clients as and when required

Qualifications :
B.E, B.Tech, MCA

Requisites :
2+ year's development experience with at least last one year in .NET Development. Earlier experience preferred in J2EE or COM/COM+ would be a plus Product Development experience preferred. Real delivery experience with the .NET framework including VB.net or C#(preferred), ADO.NET, ASP.NET and VB.NET Experience with object oriented analysis/design Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing Experience in Microsoft Servers would be a plus (BizTalk, Sharepoint, Commerce) Knowledge of XP/ RUP is also desirable Participated in full life-cycle development Understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is a huge plus Academic background in Computer Science or Engineering would be preferred


Position : JAVA / J2EE Professionals
Number of openings : 3 | Job Type : Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :
Java / J2EE, Core Java, swing, end to end J2EE web application. Worked on JSP / Servlet and EJB, Good understanding of OOPS, Design Concept, Knowledge of SQL / Oracle, Unix. JBOSS, log4j, Web Services, AJAX & Hibernate.

Qualifications :
BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Tech

Requisites :
Should be able to analyze the requirements, Design and develop/Code the application Developing the source code as per the specifications and coding standards. Carrying out the unit testing Participating in the preparation of project related documents Should be able to architect solutions, specifically in specified environments Learn new technologies efficiently & mentor people Lead teams of size between 3 to 6 people Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Team Player, process oriented and good attitude.
